The focus will be on how sustainable occupational participation for people on the autism spectrum can be achieved through modern technologies and innovative counselling concepts.

Technological Solutions for Greater Participation in Working Life
People on the autism spectrum possess valuable skills that they can contribute to organisations. However, they frequently encounter structural barriers in their day-to-day work. In addition to a sensitive and inclusive working environment, technological support services are becoming increasingly important in enabling effective and long-term occupational participation.
This is where the AutARK research project at TU Dresden comes in: researchers are developing practical assistive technologies that specifically support autistic people in their working lives. The event will provide insights into current challenges, concrete technical solutions, and concepts at the interface between research, professional practice, and corporate reality.
Programme: Presentation, Practical Stations, and Exchange
Following an informative presentation, participants will have the opportunity to explore and try out the technologies and solutions developed in the AutARK project at various stations. These interactive stations provide a practical impression of how assistive technologies can facilitate everyday working life.
The event will conclude with refreshments and canapés, providing space for conversations and exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is aimed at all interested parties from business, education, research, and practice who are engaged with the topic of occupational inclusion.
