Interviews on Challenges in Everyday Work Life – Your Experiences Matter!
Study objective/contents
Conducting interviews with individuals on the autism spectrum or individuals from their professional or close personal environment
Capturing experiences and strategies related to work, education, and school, with a particular focus on work organization and structure
Defining requirements for working conditions and environments
Participation requirements
At least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian
Located on the autism spectrum or closely collaborating with individuals on the autism spectrum in a professional (e.g. doctors, special educators, psychologists, trainers) or personal (e.g. parents, siblings) capacity
Verbal communication skills desirable but not mandatory
Procedure
We want to make the interview as pleasant and straightforward as possible for you. The interviews can take place at a location of your choice (depending on the distance) or online if preferred. They usually last about an hour, and of course, you can take a break or end the interview at any time.
Your privacy is important to us: all data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Observations in Rehabilitation Training
Study objective
Carrying out a context analysis in the training context
Observation study in the practical training situation as well as interviews with trainers
Assessment of relevant requirements in real workplace environments for individuals on the autism spectrum and individuals with mental disorders.
